No sound

On my device an iPhone 4S I bought the full version and it didnt have any sound so I bought this one and still no sound I want to know why there is no sound on my device the graphics are great and he does funny things but I cant hear him talk and the app also took about 10 minutes to install which is a very long amount of time I hope it is fixed soon thanks
